Refund policy

To start a refund, contact us at ssigroceries@gmail.com. Returns are for cancellations *only* for a future date. No returns of unused/unwanted items will be accepted. Customers will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for canceling their order. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
